Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the bone metabolism, platelet activation and oxidative stress responses of young patients with bone fracture, and to study its clinical significance. Methods From August 2012 to October 2014, 78 cases of young patients with fracture in our hospital were recorded as the observation group. And then 78 young people for health examination at the same period were recruited as the control group. Serum bone metabolism, platelets activity,oxidative stress, blood lipids of patients were observed in two groups and compared between two groups. Results Serum levels of bone metabolism (OPG, HCT, IGF- II and ALP), Platelet activity (PAC-1, GMP-140, CD61 and CD63) of the observation group at 7 days showed an upward trend, and the overall level was higher than that of the control group. And platelet activating levels returned to normal levels at the 14th days, but the level of bone metabolism continued to rise. In addition, the levels of oxidative stress index (SOD, TAC, CAT and MDA), blood lipid (TC, TG, and HDL-C) of the observation group at 7 days showed a decreasing trend, and the levels were lower than those of the control group. And all returned to normal level at the 14th days. Conclusion〓Fractures in the young patients result in substantial changes in serum levels of bone metabolism, platelet activities and oxidative stress index, which is helpful for deeper study for traumatic fractures.

摘要: 【摘要】 目的 对青少年骨折病患血清骨代谢、血小板以及氧化应激反应进行监测,并探究其临床意义。方法〓选择2012年8月至2014年10月在我院接受治疗的青少年骨折病患78例,并记为观察组。再选取同期进行健康体检的青少年78例作为对照组。对比两组血清骨代谢、血小板、氧化应激及血脂等指标。结果〓观察组在第1天至第7天血清骨代谢水平(血清OPG、HCT、IGF-Ⅱ以及ALP)、血小板活化情况(PAC-1、GMP-140、CD61以及CD63水平)的相关指标呈现上升趋势,总体水平高于对照组。血小板活化水平在第14天恢复至正常水平,但骨代谢水平持续上升。另外,观察组在第1天至第7天氧化应激指标(SOD、TAC、CAT以及MDA)、血脂水平(TC、TG以及HDL-C)呈现下降趋势,水平均低于对照组,并且均在第14天恢复至正常水平。结论〓青少年骨折容易产生骨代谢、血小板以及氧化应激的代谢紊乱,了解其变化趋势有助于为更深入的临床研究提供基础。
