Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of ω-3 fish oil on nutrition and immune function in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors. Methods Sixty cases of gastrointestinal malignant tumor from May 2010 to May 2013 were studied. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases of patients in each group. All patients were got parenteral nutrition support with equal nitrogen and calorie postoperatively, but the experimental group added ω-3 fish oil on the basis of routine treatment. All patients’ liver function, blood lipids, Hb, ALB, TF, lymphocyte count (TLC), B lymphocyte subsets (B1, B2), immunoglobulins (IgG, IgM, IgA) and complement(C3,C4) level preoperatively were measured in postoperative day 1 and postoperative day 6 respectively. Results There were no significant differences between experimental group and control group in liver function, blood lipid, but in postoperative day 6, the significant differences were found in the levels of TLC, IgG, IgM, C3 between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Omega-3 fish oil has no significant effect on the postoperative nutrition for gastrointestinal cancer patients, while it would improve the immunity of the patients.

摘要: 【摘要】 目的 研究ω?鄄3鱼油对胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后患者在营养及免疫功能恢复上的作用。方法 以我院从2010年5月到2013年5月收治的60例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,将60例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组患者30例。患者在术后均使用等氮、等热量的肠外营养(PN)支持常规治疗的基础上,实验组添加ω?鄄3鱼油辅助治疗,观察添加与不渗加?棕-3鱼油的患者在术前、术后1 d、6 d的肝功能、血脂、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、淋巴细胞计数(TLC)、B淋巴细胞亚群(B1、B2)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)和补体(C3、C4)水平。结果 实验组患者在肝功能、TRF及血脂水平与对照组无显著差异,但是实验组在术后6 d TLC、IgG、IgM、C3上却有着显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论 ω?鄄3鱼油对于胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者术后营养虽然没有明显的效果,但是却能提高患者的免疫力。
