Abstract:
The preservation of isolated hearts can provide the patients who prepare the heart transplant for heart source,Improving heart preservation technology not only can extend the preservation of the heart's time, expand the source for heart, but also can improve the success rate of transplantation operation and long-term survival.With the emergence of freezing technology,the technology of Subzero nonfreezing cryopreservation of hearts Is developing。 However, the technology has not been in the implementation of clinical,In some ways there are still unknown and controversy.This paper briefly introduce the method of subzero nonfreezing cryopreservation of hearts,and analyzes its difference from clinical cardiac preservation method , compare its advantages and disadvantages.

【摘要】 离体心脏的保存可以为即将准备心脏移植的患者提供供心来源。改进供心保存技术不仅能延长供心的保存时间,扩大供心来源,还能提高移植手术成功率和远期生存率。而随着冷冻技术的出现,深低温离体心脏保存得以发展。但目前深低温保存技术还处于动物实验阶段,在某些方面仍存在不明和争议,尚需进一步研究。本文简介深低温下冷冻保存离体心脏的现状和方法,分析其与以往临床上心脏保存方法的不同点及优缺点。
