Abstract: Abstract: Objective：To summarize the excisional experience of laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy for treating gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GSTs).Methods: During 02/2010—02/2012, 23 patients with GST received gastrictumor ectomy according to the location of tumor in laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy. Results：23 cases of GSTs were successfully found and locally resected under laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy, No cases of laparotomy. The operation time ranged 45min to 110min, average(65.9±7.3)min; Blood loss during operation procedure ranged 5ml to 35ml, average (13.9±8.4)ml; Postoperation hospital stay ranged 4d to 8d, average (6.1±1.4)d. Conclusion：Laparoscopy combined gastroscopy treatment of GSTs has the advantages of accurate intraoperative positioning, surgical safety, shorter operative time, less trauma, quick recovery.

摘要： 摘要: 目的：总结腹腔镜联合胃镜行胃间质瘤(Gastric stromal tumor，GST)切除的经验。方法：对2010.02～2012.02间我院23例均诊断为GST( 直径<5cm) 的患者应用腹腔镜联合胃镜术中定位技术予以手术切除治疗。结果：23例均在腹腔镜联合胃镜下顺利找到肿瘤并成功予以局部切除，无中转开腹病例，手术时间：45min-110min，平均（65.9±7.3）min；术中出血量：5ml-35ml，平均（13.9±8.4）ml；术后住院天数：4d-8d，平均（6.1±1.4）d。结论：应用腹腔镜联合胃镜治疗GSTs具有术中定位准确、手术安全、手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快等优点。
