Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect on the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids ( RPH ) combined with external hemorrhoids resection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A retrospective data of patients with mixed hemorrhoids from January 2008 to January 2010 were studied. Of all patients, 160 cases were underwent combined RPH and external hemorrhoids resection (treatment group), and 156 were received milligan-morgan procedure alone (control group). The curative effect was evaluated between two group. Results The cure rates of treatment group and the control group were respectively 98% and 85%, however the former was more effective than the latter in treatment of mixed hemorrhoids ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion RPH plus external hemorrhoids resection can improve the curative effect in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.

摘要： 目的 观察和评价自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)配合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法 采用RPH配合外痔切除术治疗混合痔160例(治疗组)，与同期单纯采用外剥内扎法治疗156例(对照组)比较，通过随访观察并评价其治疗效果。结果 治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为98%和85%，治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论 RPH配合外痔切除术治疗混合痔可以提高传统手术的治愈率。
