Abstract: Objective To explore the complication of the ventriculoperitoneal shunt.Methods From December 2000 to March 2011,141 cases with ventriculoperitoneal shunt were analyzed retrospectively.Results The incidence of complication was 9.93%, 5 cases shunt obstruction (3.55%), 3 cases postoperative infection (2.13％), 3 cases intracranial hypotension syndrome (2.13%), 2 cases gastrointestinal symptom (1.42%), 1 case prolapse through the Anus (0.71%), 1 case intracranial hematoma (0.71%). Conclusion With strict aseptic technique, improve the surgical technic, choose the suitable shunt equipment are the keys to reduce the occurrence of complication of ventriculoperitoneal shunt patients.

摘要： 目的 探讨脑室-腹腔分流术后并发症及防范措施。方法 回顾性分析2000年12月至2011年3月间连续的141例行“脑室-腹腔分流术”的临床资料，探讨并发症的发生和防范措施。结果 术后总并发症发生率为9.93%，其中堵管5例（3.55%），感染3例（2.13%），低颅压综合症3例（2.13%），术后胃肠道反应2例（1.42%），引流管意外出1例（0.71%），颅内血肿1例。结论 严格无菌操作、提高手术技巧、选择合适的分流装置等措施可有效减少手术并发症。
