Effect of environmental factors on enzyme activity of multi-enzyme medical detergent

Abstract: Objective To detect the activity of enzymes in the working solution at different temperature at a certain time interval, so as to determine the best use conditions of the common multi-enzyme medical detergent. Methods Four kinds of multi-enzyme medical detergent from different manufacturers were selected. Solution A was the fast and efficient multi-enzyme medical detergent. Solution B is omnipotent multi-enzyme medical detergent. Solution C is specific alkaline multi-enzyme medical detergent. Solution D is full effect multi-enzyme medical detergent. At room temperature, A, B, C and D were diluted 200 times with pure water to form the working solution, and the pH value of the working liquid was determined. Four different multi-enzyme medical detergent working solution A, B, C and D were placed in a water bath at 15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃ and 30 ℃ at constant temperature, and stored at different intervals of 1 h, 3 h, 6 h and 8 h. The enzyme activities in the working solutions were measured by sampling, and the enzyme activity stability curve was drawn. Results Under the condition of 15℃~20℃, only about 10% enzyme activity was decreased in 8 h. Under the condition of the same loss, only at 6 h the enzyme activity could be maintained at 25 ℃, and at 3 h the enzyme activity could be maintained at 30 ℃. Conclusion It is suggested that the multi-enzyme medical detergent can be used within 3 h at room temperature after being diluted into working solution. Or under the condition of refrigeration, used within 8 h. The full effect multi-enzyme medical detergent showed the higher enzyme activity stability.

摘要: 目的 对常用的医用多酶清洗剂,按一定时间间隔,测定不同温度使用条件下工作液中各酶的活性,从而明确多酶清洗剂的最佳使用条件。方法 选取4种不同厂家的医用多酶清洗剂,A为快速高效多酶清洗液;B为全能强效多酶清洗液;C为特效型碱性含酶清洗剂;D为全效医用多酶清洗剂。室温下分别取等量A、B、C、D四种不同多酶清洗剂,用纯水稀释200倍配成工作液,测定工作液的pH值;将A、B、C、D四种不同多酶清洗剂工作液分别置于15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃中水浴恒温放置,存放1 h、3 h、6 h、8 h不同间隔时间,取样测定工作液中的多酶活性,制作酶活力稳定性曲线。结果 医用多酶清洗剂工作液普遍在15℃~20℃的条件下,可控制在8 h内仅损耗10%左右的酶活力,在同等损耗的情况下,多酶清洗剂工作液25℃时仅能保持6 h,30℃时可保持3 h的酶活性。结论 建议在医用多酶清洗剂稀释为工作液后,常温下在3 h内使用;或者冷藏的条件下,8 h内使用;全效医用多酶清洗剂酶活性稳定性较高。
