Treatment progress of tibial eminence fracture

Abstract

Abstract: Tibial Eminence fracture is a special intra-articular fracture, which is an avulsion fracture caused by the traction of the cruciate ligament. Because of injury, it is easy to lead to dysfunction of knee joint, so it is necessary to take appropriate treatment early to avoid joint adhesion, knee arthritis and other complications. This article reviews the diagnosis, classification, examination and treatment of Tibial eminence fractures.

摘要： 胫骨髁间棘骨折是特殊的膝关节内骨折,为交叉韧带牵拉导致的撕脱性骨折,常见于青少年人群,临床上较少见。因损伤易导致膝关节的功能障碍,因此需早期采取合适的方式进行治疗,避免关节粘连、膝关节炎等并发症出现。本文就胫骨髁间棘骨折的诊断、骨折分型、检查、治疗方式等方面进行综述。
