Abstract: ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of palonosetron for cesarean section perioperative shivering. Methods Eighty cases of cesarean section patients were divided into palonosetron group（P group）and control group（C group），40 cases in each group. The incidence of shivering，nausea and vomiting during the operation of the patients was recorded，and the vital signs of the patients and the Apgar score after the birth of the neonates were recorded. Results The incidence of shivering and nausea and vomiting in group P was significantly lower than that in group C（P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in vital signs and Apgar scores of the neonates between the 2 groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion Palonosetron can safely and effectively reduce the incidence of cesarean section in patients with perioperative shivering.

摘要： ［摘要］ 目的 探讨帕洛诺司琼对剖宫产病人围术期寒战发生的影响。方法 随机选择剖宫产手术患者80 例，分为帕洛诺司琼组（帕洛诺司琼组）和对照组（对照组），每组40 例。记录患者术中寒战、恶心呕吐的发生率，记录患者术中生命体征以及胎儿出生后Apgar 评分。结果 帕洛诺司琼组术中寒战及恶心呕吐的发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05），2 组术中生命体征的变化及胎儿出生后的 Apgar 评分无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 帕洛诺司琼可以安全及有效地降低剖宫产患者围术期寒战的发生率。
