Abstract:
【Abstract】 According to traditional theory, cell death is clarified into apoptosis and necrosis. However, a range of researches reveal that necroptosis contribute to a plenty of human disease, especially tumorigenesis, progression and chemoresistance. Necroptosis is the programed necrosis which is independent of caspase activation. This review summarizes the research progress on mechanism of necroptosis, the role of necroptosis in cancer and and its value in drug targets, in order to achieve an improvement of necroptosis in cancer research.

【摘要】〓经典理论认为,细胞死亡一般有凋亡和坏死两种途径。近年来大量研究发现坏死性凋亡在肿瘤疾病发生、进展与耐药过程中发挥重要作用。坏死性凋亡是一种可调控性的非依赖Caspase的程序性坏死。本文综述了近年来关于坏死性凋亡的机制探索,及其在恶性肿瘤的发生进展与抗肿瘤药物中的研究,从而进一步认识坏死性凋亡于恶性肿瘤的研究价值。
