Abstract: 【Abstract】. Objective To explore the treatment for the elderly patient with cerebellar hemorrhage. Methods Thirty-two cases with cerebellar hemorrhage were included in this study..The curative effect was analyzed retrospectively between conservative treatment patients.(n=17).and surgical patients..Results Fifteen cases accepted surgical operation,.in which 8 of them got well,.6 got deformities(n=15),.one case was dead..Seventeen cases accepted conservative treatment,.14 of them got well, 3 cases died..Conclusion The selection of treatment should be determined by the patients’ consciousness and radiography..Unless the patients’.condition worsens,.conservative treatment is appropriate to the patients with more than grade 2 (according to consciousness classification). For those of grade 3 to 4, with 20 mL or more of the size of hematoma, or with obstructive hydrocephalus, surgical procedure is a necessary choice. Due to the poor prognosis of the patients of grade 5, surgery is not recommended.

摘要： 【摘要】 目的 探讨老年小脑出血患者的治疗方案。方法 回顾分析32例老年小脑出血患者的临床资料,比较保守治疗与手术治疗的疗效。结果 保守治疗患者17例中14例治愈,3例死亡;手术治疗患者15例中8例治愈,6例患者留有后遗症,影响生活质量,1例死亡。结论 治疗选择需根据意识状态分级情况并结合影像学结果来决定,意识分级Ⅱ级以上者建议选择保守治疗,而不论血肿大小,除非病情有恶化者;意识分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级且血肿量≥20 mL或合并梗阻性脑积水者建议手术治疗;意识分级Ⅴ级者无论何种治疗方案预后均差,不建议手术治疗。
