Abstract:

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the action and skills of camera assistant in the laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair (TEP). Methods From November 2011 to May 2012,.a total of 67 cases with inguinal hernia underwent laparoscopic total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair,.including indirect inguinal hernia in 43 cases,.direct inguinal hernia in 22 cases and femoral hernia in 2 cases. The skills of camera assistant during operation were sammarized. Results All the operations were successfully completed without serious complications. Conclusion Regarding for skills of camera assistant, understanding the operational habit of operator, understanding operating procedure and operation characteristics is the key to complete laparoscopic total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair.

【摘要】 目的 探讨在腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入手术中扶镜手的作用及相关技巧。方法 总结2010年11月至2012年05月时间段内我院进行的腹腔镜下完全腹膜外腹股沟疝补片植入术(TEP)中的扶镜经验(总共67例,其中包括斜疝43例,直疝22例,股疝2例)。结果 全部手术均顺利完成,无严重并发症。结论 了解术者操作习惯、了解TEP手术的特点及熟知手术步骤是配合术者进行手术的重要条件。
