Abstract: Abstract ：Objective To analysis the clinical value of tension-free hernioplasty for adult sufferer inguinal hernia through individualize treatment. Methods Clinical data of 546 cases with inguinal hernia treated by tension-free hernioplasty through individualize treatment from June 2004 to February 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were successfully cured. 5 cases have recurred after operation, the postoperative recurrence rate was 0.92％; 27 cases have occurred scrotal swelling after operation; 26 cases have occurred chronic pain after operation, the chronic pain rate was 4.76％; Postoperative recovery time were 4.3±0.5 hours; and hospital stay time were 4.1±0.7 days. Conclusion The application of tension-free hernioplasty for adult's inguinal hernia through individualize treatment is worth to be popularized for it fast to recovery，low recurrence rate, less postoperative complicationsless, short hospital stay time and low cost.

摘要： 目的 分析个体化治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析546例成人腹股沟疝患者个体化治疗的临床效果。结果 术后复发5例，复发率为0.92％；术后阴囊肿胀27例；术后慢性疼痛26例，慢性疼痛率4.76％；术后恢复活动时间4.3±0.5小时，住院时候4.1±0.7天。结论 采用个体化的方案治疗成人腹股沟疝，可确保患者术后复发率低和术后并发症少，术后下床及进食恢复快，术后住院时间短，各项医疗费用低。
