Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of total laparoscopy in radical gastrectomy. Methods A retrospective study was done on clinical data and follow up of 8 cases treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy with π?shaped esophagojejunal anastomosis. Results Total laparoscopy in radical gastrectomy was successfully performed for 8 patients. No case was converted to open surgery. No intraoperative death occurred. The mean operation time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay were （292±32）min, （75±35）ml, （15±2）days, respectively. There was no postoperative complications. All patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months. No local recurrence or distant metastase was found. No car? cinoma was implanted in the trocar holes. Conclusions Total laparoscopy in radical gastrectomy is feasible and safe and has a favorable short term outcome.

目的 探讨完全腹腔镜技术在根治性全胃切除术的安全性和近期疗效。方法 回顾8例腹腔镜下全胃切除术采用食管空肠侧侧π形吻合患者的临床资料和随访情况。结果 8例手术均在完全腹腔镜下顺利完成，无中转开腹，无手术死亡。平均手术时间292±32min，平均出血量75±35mL，术后平均住院日15±2d。无手术并发症。术后随访3～12个月，无局部复发及远处转移，腹壁穿刺孔无肿瘤种植。结论 完全腹腔镜技术应用于根治性全胃切除术中采用食管-空肠的π形吻合是安全可行的，近期手术效果令人满意。
