The feasibility and safety of SILS for both benign and malignant colorectal disease has already been proved..It has the advantages of improving the cosmetic effect, reducing postoperative pain and recovery time, as well as improving the quality of life..However,.its disadvantage is that the higher requirement to the technology and equipment. In this paper,.we reviewed previous studies and evaluated the advantages and limitations of SILS in colorectal surgery through the published articles.

摘要： 【摘要】〓随着外科技术不断微创化,单切口腹腔镜手术(single incision laparoscopic surgery,SILS)是多孔腹腔镜进一步发展的结果。SILS用于治疗良恶性结直肠疾病的可行性和安全性已得到证实,具有潜在提高美容效果,减轻术后疼痛、缩短恢复时间、提高生活质量的优势,但其缺点在于对技术和设备要求较高。在本综述中,笔者通过回顾既往研究来评价SILS在结直肠手术中的优势和缺陷及其应用前景。
