Abstract: 【Abstract】〓Associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy (ALPPS) is a new surgical approach proposed in recent years. The most critical step is the rapid growth of future liver remnant, which is primarily used for the treatment of parents with advanced liver cancer or liver tumor, in whom remaining liver volume is not enough to accept a wide range liver resection. But there are some controversies about ALPPS, and the long-term effect of the surgical approach is unclear. This article reviews the research progress of ALPPS.

摘要： 【摘要】〓联合肝脏离断和门静脉结扎的二步肝切除术(ALPPS)是近年提出的新的手术方式,其核心是通过肝脏剩余体积的增长,使肝脏剩余体积不足或肿瘤分期较晚的患者获得手术治疗的机会。但ALPPS目前存在较多争议,远期疗效尚待观察。本文就ALPPS的国内外研究进展作一综述。
