Abstract: 【Abstract】〓Objective〓To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic hepatectomy for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 76 HCC patients who were admitted to Affiliated Jieyang Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 2010 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were assigned to laparoscopic liver resection group (LH, n=27) and open hepatectomy group (OH, n=49). The clinical data were compared between two groups. Results〓The LH group had the obvious advantages in less hospital stays, less hospital costs, less blood loss and more rapid recovery in liver function, but the operative time was longer than open hepatectomy,Moreover,there is no significant difference in the complications, the recurrence rate,mortality rate and survival rate between the two groups. Conclusion〓The laparoscopic hepatectomy is safe and effective for patients with HCC by appropriate cases.

摘要： 【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜肝切除和开腹肝切除术在治疗肝癌的安全性及疗效。方法〓回顾性分析2010年1月至2012年12月在中山大学附属揭阳医院收治的可行手术切除的76例肝细胞肝癌患者的临床资料。其中腹腔镜肝切除组27例和开腹肝切除组49例,分析两组的临床资料并对部分临床数据进行比较。结果〓腹腔镜肝切除术组住院时间、住院费用、术中平均出血量显著低于开腹组。腹腔镜组患者肝功能恢复快于开腹组。两组在术后并发症、肿瘤复发及生存时间等无明显差别。腔镜组手术时间长于开腹组。结论〓在严格选择合适病例的前提下,采用腹腔镜肝切除治疗肝癌是安全、可行、有效的。
