Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation training to functional reconstruction of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. Methods〓Seventy-one patients with neurogenic bladder were divided into two groups,.the experimental group (n=36) and the control group (n=35). The patients of experimental group received intermittent catheterization and comprehensive rehabilitation training including Crede Manual Massage,.flagellation on the suprapubic region, the method of trigger point and electroacupuncture. The controls were treated by indwelling catheterization and comprehensive bladder function training. The efficacy was compared between two groups. Results〓Urinary tract infection in experimental group was lower than that in control group. The volume of bladder and residual urine level trended to normal. Conclusion〓Using comprehensive rehabilitation training and intermittent catheterization for SCI patients with neurogenic bladder are helpful to enhance SCI patient’s quality of life.
