Abstract: 【Abstract】〓Objective〓To summarize the application of omputer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) combined with rapid prototyping manufacturing technology (RPMT) in the reconstruction of midfacial fractures. Methods〓Eighteen sujects suffered with midfacial fractures and treated by CAD/CAM combined with RPMT were collected. Befort operation,.all the subjects were accepted maxillofacial CT scan, mimics software for three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of CT scan data, and get the 3D model of virtual repair using mirror image technology, making real fracture 3D model. This model was used to guide the reduction and fixation of midfacial fractures. Results〓Patients were followed up for 3-24 months, and achieved anatomic reconstruction of fractures. The outcome after treatment was satisfied esthetically and functionally. Conclusions〓The use of CAD/CAM combined with RPMT is effective for complicated midfacial fractures, which could shorten the operation time and reduce operation risk, increase the repositioning precisely, and help to communicate between doctors and patients.

摘要: 【摘要】〓目的〓探讨CAD/CAM联合快速成型技术在面中份骨折治疗中的应用。方法〓收集外伤致面中份骨折患者18例,运用CAD/CAM技术联合快速成型技术辅助下进行骨折坚强内固定。所有患者术前进行颌面部CT扫描,运用Mimics软件和镜像技术进行骨折和修复三维模型,并制造实物模型,术前在模型上进行钛板预成形,指导术中骨折段的精确复位固定。结果〓术后随访3~24个月,18例患者伤口均达到一期愈合,骨折段解剖复位,术后外形、功能恢复满意。结论〓CAD/CAM联合快速成型技术治疗面中份骨折,可缩短手术时间,提高骨折复位的精确性,降低手术风险的同时提高疗效,并且有利于医患沟通,值得临床推广应用。
