Abstract: 【Abstract】〓Objective〓To investigate the clinical features and the treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis(HLP). Methods〓A total of 46 patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2005 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed..Results〓Forty-five patients were cured, and one case died from MSOF. Thirty-eight patients were followed for 6 to 12 months. Three patients developed recurrence. Conclusion〓Hyperlipidemia can trigger acute pancreatitis attacks,.and even leads to severe pancreatitis..In early periods,.reducing quickly triglyceride and promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function can help alleviate the condition..The treatment for hyperlipidemic pancreatitis is dominated by non-operative management..The key of treatment is reducing triglyceride.

摘要： 【摘要】〓目的〓高脂血症性胰腺炎的临床特点和诊治体会。方法〓回顾性分析46例高脂血症性胰腺炎的临床资料。结果〓46例患者45例治愈出院,1例因多器官功能衰竭死亡。随访38例6~12月,3例复发。结论〓高脂血症可诱发急性胰腺炎,且病情较重。早期快速降低血清甘油三酯水平、促进胃肠道功能恢复有助于病情的缓解。治疗以非手术治疗为主,降低血脂是治疗的关键。
