Abstract: ［Abstract］ The detection rate of pancreatic cystic neoplasms was significantly increased with the improvement of recognition and the popularity of imaging diagnostic instruments.Due to the wide variety of pancreatic cystic neoplasms， biological behaviors can be not only benign， low?grade and malignant， but also dynamic changes in the growth process of tumors with the increase in volume.Accurate diagnosis of benign lesions is of particular importance in determining the need for monitoring surgical or endoscopic treatment， and in avoiding unnecessary surgery for non?potentially malignant cysts.In recent years， ultrasound endoscopy （EUS） has made great progress in the guidance evaluation and treatment of pancreatic cystic tumors. This paper summarizes the basic principles， main literature results， limitations and future prospects of each method.
