初步评价PBL教学模式在外科临床实习教学中的优势

摘要: 【摘要】 在国内目前外科临床实习仍以传统的“填鸭式”为主,该方法效果较差,学生积极性差,学生对课题所讲述的知识记忆不牢。针对以上情况,我们引进了一种新的教学模式-PBL(problem-based learning),即以问题为基础的教学方法,经过对多批学生的教学,发现该方法比传统的方法更能调动学生的自主性,提高他们的团队精神,更容易达到预期的教学效果。在此,我们就该方法谈谈教学体会。

Abstract: 【Abstract】〓At present, clinical practice is still the traditional “spoon?鄄fed”, the main effect of this method is poor, students have little motivation, students' knowledge about the topic of memory is very weak. For the above, we introduced a new teaching model-PBL (Problem-based Learning). After teaching for several groups of students,we found that this method was better than the traditional method in encouraging students’ autonomy independence, improving their teamwork and achieving the desired teaching effect. In this paper, we introduce our experience in this teaching course.
