轻量型和重量型补片在腹股沟疝修补术后慢性疼痛的临床对照研究

摘要:

【摘要】 目的 比较使用轻量型或重量型网片进行腹股沟疝修补术后的疗效。方法 2008年10月至2010年10月间,我院对120例腹股沟疝病人,行Lichtenstein疝修补术,病人分成2组,一组使用轻量型(Ultrapro,30 g/m2)(LW)补片,另一组使用重量型网片(Prolene, 100 g/m2)(HW)。通过患者接受临床检查及疼痛问卷调查获得随访数据。术后早期及远期均对病人进行随访,以评估术后慢性疼痛及不适感的差异。结果 平均随访12个月,两组均未发现复发病例,与重量型补片相比,轻量型网片组患者随访检查时的疼痛较轻,各种腹股沟问题较少,且较少有异物不适感。结论 Lichtenstein疝修补术中使用轻量型网片可以改善术后的疼痛和不适感。术后12个月运动时疼痛的比例也降低(P<0.05);腹股沟区有异物不适感的病人较少。

Abstract:

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the postoperative effect on the use of the lightweight or heavyweight mesh after inguinal hernia repair. Methods From October 2008 to October 2010, 120 cases of inguinal hernia were randomly divided into 2 groups, one group used the lightweight (Ultrapro, 30 g/m2) for repair, the other group used the heavyweight (Prolene, 100 g/m2) mesh. The patients underwent clinical examination and pain questionnaire to obtain follow-up data. Early postoperative follow-up and long-term follow-up were performed on all the patients. The postoperative chronic pain and discomfort were assessed. Results Compared with the heavyweight mesh group,.the lightweight mesh group showed reduces in the degree of postoperative chronic pain and discomfort..And fewer patients had foreign body sensation in the groin area. Conclusion Lichtenstein hernia repair using lightweight mesh would improve postoperative pain and discomfort. After 12 months, the ratio of postoperative pain on exercise also could be decreased (P<0.05), and fewer patients report the feeling of a foreign body in inguinal region.
