Abstract:

TO discusses on intraoperative began to use elastic stockings in the prevention of Department of neurosurgery for deep venous thrombosis in postoperative patients with application value. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of planned craniotomy operation were randomly divided into 3 groups: conventional nursing group ( control group), intraoperative application group ( group A), postoperative application of group (group B). The control group were given routine nursing and prevention measures; surgery operation in group began in routine nursing and prevention measures based on the use of medical elastic stockings; postoperative application of groups in postoperative began in the routine nursing and prevention measures based on the use of medical elastic stockings. To understand the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs by color Doppler ultrasonography or venography.Deactivate the stretch socks after 1 weeks of double lower limbs with color Doppler ultrasound examination. Results In A group of postoperative deep venous thrombosis incidence was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ); and group A postoperative deep venous thrombosis incidence were lower than those of B group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion Intraoperative application of medical elastic stockings can more safely and effectively prevent the Department of neurosurgery in patients with postoperative deep venous thrombosis.
