Abstract:

The preservation of isolated hearts can provide the patients who prepare the heart transplant for heart source,Improving heart preservation technology not only can extend the preservation of the heart's time, expand the source for heart, but also can improve the success rate of transplantation operation and long-term survival.With the emergence of freezing technology，the technology of Subzero nonfreezing cryopreservation of hearts Is developing。 However， the technology has not been in the implementation of clinical，In some ways there are still unknown and controversy.This paper briefly introduce the method of subzero nonfreezing cryopreservation of hearts，and analyzes its difference from clinical cardiac preservation method ， compare its advantages and disadvantages.
