Abstract: 【Abstract】objective To study the application holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi efficacy and safety.Methods 275patients with ureteroscopy treatment of ureteral calculi patients,among which the period of 108 cases,68cases in the middle,the next period of 99 cases,stone diameter 5mm~20mm,average （12±0.3）mm.Results 275 cases of ureteral calculi a surgery patients take do stones260(94.55%),10 cases of stones back into the renal ,operation time（10～90）min, average（30±5）min,the average hospital 3 days.Intraoperative 3 cases of ureteral tip shape perforation,without ureteral tear and severe complications.Conclusion For＜2cm in diameter ,stone place granulation tissue inflammation,ureteroscopy holmium laser rubble under the rtreatment lf ureteral calculi is a kind of ideal minimally invasive treatment method.
