摘要: 肝细胞癌(HCC)是最常见的癌症之一。目前根治性肝切除术仍是HCC的主要治疗手段,尽管在HCC患者的监测、诊断和治疗方面取得了相当大的进展,但HCC根治性肝切除术后高复发率仍居高不下。影响HCC术后复发的危险因素很多,目前可将HCC术后复发相关危险因素分为宿主因素、肿瘤因素和手术因素。本文将对HCC根治性切除术后复发危险因素研究进展进行综述,为临床工作者提供参考。
