摘要/Abstract

摘要： 原发性乳腺血管肉瘤很少见,仅占所有乳腺肿瘤的0.04%。在本文中我们讨论一例首诊时超声漏诊的原发性乳腺血管肉瘤患者。该病例报告将回顾相关文献,主要指出超声在乳腺血管肉瘤诊断中的局限性以及其他影像学方法在乳腺血管肉瘤诊断中的必要性。

Abstract: Primary angiosarcoma of the breast is rare, accounting for only 0.04% of all breast tumors. In this paper, we report a case of primary angiosarcoma of the breast that was misdiagnosed by ultrasonicexamination at the first diagnosis. This article will review the relevant literature, mainly pointing out the limitations of ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast angiosarcoma and the necessity of other imaging methods in the diagnosis of breast angiosarcoma.
