肿瘤整形技术在乳腺癌的临床应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 保乳术联合放疗已成为早期乳腺癌的标准治疗术式,近年来乳腺癌具有年轻化趋势,年轻患者对术后乳房美学效果有着更高的要求,乳腺癌肿瘤整形技术因此日趋流行。容积移位技术相对简单实用,适合肿瘤小的患者,较小的创伤即可带来满意的美容效果;容积替代技术适合肿瘤切除后皮肤及乳腺组织缺损大的患者,增加了供区创伤,技术难度更大。本文将对常见的肿瘤整形技术及其进展进行总结。

Abstract: Breast-conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy has become the standard treatment for early breast cancer. In recent years, breast cancer has become younger. Young patients have higher requirements for the aesthetic effect of postoperative breast cancer. Therefore, breast cancer oncoplastic surgery has become increasingly popular. Volume displacement technology is relatively simple and practical, suitable for patients with small tumors, and small trauma can bring satisfactory cosmetic results; volume replacement technology is suitable for patients with large skin and breast tissue defects after tumor resection. More difficult.Summarize the common oncoplastic surgery and its progress.
