阶段式宣教模式对换瓣术患者服用华法林知信行的影响

摘要: [摘要] 目的 探讨阶段式宣教模式对心脏瓣膜置换术患者服用华法林知信行的影响。方法 选取2017年4月~2018年4月期间在我院进行心脏瓣膜置换手术的130例患者,将患者分为对照组和观察组,即对照组65例,采用常规方法进行术后宣教;观察组65例,采用阶段式宣教模式进行健康宣教,并就两组患者对华法林知信行情况进行统计学比较和分析。结果 经过临床比较统计,观察组患者对华法林宣教知识的知晓率、服用华法林的信念(态度)及服用华法林的依从性以及对宣教效果满意度均明显优于对照组患者,统计比较的差异性明显,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对心脏瓣膜置换术患者采用阶段式宣教模式能够提高患者对华法林知晓率,有利于减少抗凝并发症的发生,为一种科学、有效、理想的临床宣教模式。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To observe the influence of health education by stage on knowledge, attitude, and practice of patients taking Warfarin after valve replacement. Methods 130 patients undergoing valve replacement surgery in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were chosen and divided into two groups: intervention group (65 cases) and control group (65 cases). The control group was given routine health education on warfarin, the intervention group received health education on warfarin by stage, statistical analysis were made between the two groups. According to clinical statistics, the patients in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group in awareness of their knowledge of warfarin. Their attitudes and beliefs about taking warfarin, their compliance on taking warfarin and their satisfaction with the health education on Warfarin. The differences between the two groups were obvious, all of them have statistical significance (P<0.05). Results The adoption of staged health education showed a good effect on patients with valve replacement surgery, which can effectively improve the awareness of their knowledge on warfarin and their compliance on taking warfarin for reducing the occurrence of anticoagulant, complications, improving the satisfaction and life quality of the patients. Conclusion The health education by stage on warfarin is a scientific, effective and ideal nursing method.
