摘要/Abstract

摘要： 主动脉缩窄（CoA）是指主动脉局限狭窄,管腔缩小,造成血流量减少。主动脉缩窄可以单独出现,也可以合并二叶式主动脉瓣、室间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭、大动脉转位等病变。主动脉狭窄合并右锁骨下动脉瘤非常罕见,本文报导一例主动脉缩窄合并右锁骨下动脉及降主动脉瘤,一期应用定制的Armada 35球囊扩张导管及覆膜支架治疗主动脉狭窄,二期介入治疗右锁骨下动脉瘤。以期提高临床医生对主动脉缩窄合并多发动脉瘤的认识,合理选择治疗手段。

Abstract: Aortic coarctation refers to aortic stenosis, luminal narrowing, resulting in reduced blood flow. Aortic coarctation may be seen in isolation or with two-leaf aortic valve, ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, aortic transposition and other lesions.This article reports a case of aortic coarctation with the right subclavian artery and descending aortic aneurysm, the application of custom Armada 35 balloon dilatation catheter and stent graft treatment, in order to improve the clinician awareness of aortic coarctation and make a reasonable choice of treatment.
