个体化电话随访对人工全膝关节置换术后康复和身心健康的影响

摘要: [摘要]目的 探讨个体化电话随访对人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)后康复和身心健康的影响。方法 选取深圳市两家医院TKA术后患者156例,分成对照组和观察组,每组78例。对照组患者出院后第1和3个月行常规门诊复诊。观察组患者在对照组的基础上行个体化电话随访。记录两组患者出院后1和3个月时西安大略和曼彻斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、健康调查简表(SF?36)评分和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分以及两组患者出院后3个月内计划以外返院复诊人数。结果 观察组患者出院后1个月和3个月WOMAC各项评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者出院后1个月和3个月SF?36各项评分和GSES评分均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者出院后3个月内计划以外返院复诊人数显著少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 个体化电话随访可促进TKA患者术后康复和身心健康,减少计划以外返院复诊次数。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of individualized telephone follow?up on postoperative rehabilitation and physical and mental health in total knee arthroplasty(TKA)patients. Methods 156 patients received TKA were assigned to the control group and the observation group(n=78). Patients in the control group received subsequent visit in the outpatient clinic at 1 and 3 months after discharge. Patients in the observation group received individualized telephone follow?up besides subsequent visit in the outpatient clinic. Patients′ Western Ontario & McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC) scores, the MOS item short from health survey(SF?36)scores, general self?efficacy scale(GSES)scores and times of unscheduled visits were recorded at 1 and 3 months after discharge. Results WOMAC scores were significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group at 1 and 3 months after discharge(P<0.05). SF?36 and GSES scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Unscheduled visits in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized telephone follow?up could improve postoperative rehabilitation and physical and mental health in TKA patients, decrease their unscheduled visits, which is worth popularizing clinically.
