Abstract:

【Abstract】 Madelung's disease is a rare disease of abnormal fat metabolism, and recently,its most effective treatment is surgical resection. One of the major clinical manifestations is tracheal compression,so the anesthesia of Madelung's disease has its own particularity because of easy relapse after operation. There are few relative researches about the anesthesia of Madelung's disease in our country at present,and until now a united acknowledgment has not been reached. After reviewed the literature, we describe a case of Madelung's disease about its anesthetic management.
