摘要:

【摘要】 热休克蛋白(heat shock proteins, HSPs)是一类结构高度保守的蛋白质,主要参与蛋白的转运、折叠、维持蛋白质自身稳定及免疫应答。大量研究表明,HSPs中多个成员如HSP27、HSP70及HSP90,在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)中呈过表达。本文就HSPs在肝细胞癌的形成、增殖、复发、转移及抗肿瘤免疫的作用进行综述。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are a class of proteins with extremely conservation, which involve in many vital chaperoning processes such as protein folding, transporting, stabilization and antigenic presentation. Some of the HSPs, such as HSP27, HSP70, and HSP90, are frequently overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). This review summarizes the role of HSPs in carcinogenesis, proliferation, recurrence, metastasis and anti-tumor immune responses of HCC.
