Abstract:

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the management of pregnancy-associated hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 27 cases of pregnancy-associated hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis admitted January 2002 to January 2013, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. Results Among the 27 paPtients, 4 patients died, the cure rate of 85.1%. 17 cases of surgical treatment, hemodialysis filtration in the treatment of 21 cases, the average length of stay of 43 days survival cases. Conclusion Treatment of pregnancy-associated hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis focused on reducing TG levels, treatment of pancreatitis, mainly to protect pregnant women and fetuses; timely development of a comprehensive treatment program for gestational hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis, carefully choose the timing of surgery and the surgical approach, simultaneously multidisciplinary collaboration rescue help to improve efficacy.
