摘要: 金纳米粒子,直径1-100nm,是无机金属纳米微粒中最稳定的纳米粒子之一,具有独特的光学和物理性能,如良好的稳定性、小尺寸效应、表面效应、光学效应和良好的生物相容性等特点,已经被广泛应用于生物医学领域。本篇对金纳米粒子特性、制备及医学应用的最新研究进展进行综述,为以后研究工作提供参考。

Abstract: The gold nanoparticles, diameter of 1-100nm, is the most stable inorganic metal nanoparticles with unique optical and physical properties, such as well stability, small size scale, surface functionalization, optical activity and biocompatibility and other characteristics, which has been widely used in biomedical applications. This latest research progress of the gold nanoparticles characteristics, preparation, and medical applications were reviewed to provide a reference for future research work.
