Abstract: Objective: To investigate the principle of diagnosis and treatment of testicular mature teratoma and improve the understanding of the disease. Methods : Clinical data of 2 cases of testicular mature teratoma in adult were retrospectively analyzed, including clinical symptom, examinations and the treatment, and this disease was reviewed based on literatures. Results: The 2 patients were all childhood onset without any special therapy for no obvious symptoms. They were performed simple tumor enucleation with testis retained because of the increasing of teratoma recently. There was no recurrence after operation. Conclusion: This disease is the lack of special symptoms, Color Doppler ultrasonography of scrotal and CT examinations are helpful to the diagnosis, testicular biopsy can be diagnosed. We can use simply tumor enucleation, and decide whether to undergo radical resection of the testes according to intraoperative pathology results.
