Abstract: Objective To investigate the applied value of multi-slice spiral CT in the differential diagnosis of ureteral space occupying lesions. Methods The CT data of 16 patients with ureteral carcinoma ，4 patients with ureteral endometriosis and 3 patients with ureteral polyp which confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT findings of 16 cases of ureteral carcinoma were ureteral wall thickening（3 cases），intraluminal filling defect（7 case），extraluminal mass（6 cases）and retroperitoneal enlarged lymph node（5 cases）. CT findings of 4 cases of ureteral endometriosis were extraluminal mass（3 cases），intraluminal filling defect（1 cases），and combined with ovarian cyst（2 cases）. CT findings of ureteral polyp were intraluminal filling defect in 3 cases. Conclusion multi-slice spiral CT has a high value in differential diagnosis of ureteral space occupying lesions.
