FDX1在胶质瘤中的表达及其预后意义

摘要: 目的 探讨铁氧还原蛋白1(FDX1)在胶质瘤中的表达水平和预后意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测我院神经外科40例恶性胶质瘤样本和20例外伤性脑组织样本中FDX1的表达水平,分析其与患者临床病理因素和预后的关系。结果 FDX1在恶性胶质瘤组织中的蛋白表达水平显著高于外伤性脑组织(P<0.01);FDX1的表达与恶性胶质瘤病理分级呈正相关(P<0.01);Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示FDX1高表达组患者总生存率显著低于低表达组患者(P<0.01)。Cox多因素回归模型显示FDX1表达强度(相对危险度为2.003,P<0.01)和肿瘤分级(相对危险度为2.279,P<0.01)是恶性胶质瘤患者预后的独立危险因素。结论 FDX1高表达与恶性胶质瘤的发生发展有关,对患者总体生存时间有显著影响,可能是胶质瘤患者预后不良的重要指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of FDX1 in malignant glioma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FDX1 in 40 glioma samples and 20 traumatic brain samples. The relationship between the expression of FDX1 and clinicopathological factors was analyzed. Kaplan-Meier methodwas used for survival analysis. Results The expression of FDX1 in glioma samples was significantly higher than that in non-neoplastic brain samples (P<; 0.01). The expression of FDX1 was positively related with pathology classification of glioma (P<; 0.01). Kaplan-Meier curve showed that the overall survival rate of patients in the high expression group of FDX1 was significantly lowerthan that in the low expression group (P<; 0.01). By multivariate Cox analysis, FDX1 and classification were identified as the independent predictive factors. Conclusion FDX1 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma, and may serve as a biomarker of poor prognosis.
