巨大乳腺交界性叶状肿瘤一例

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察本院收治的一例交界性乳腺叶状肿瘤的临床表现、实验室检查以及诊治经过。方法收集天津中医药大学第一附属医院乳腺外科2020年8月收治的一例交界性乳腺叶状肿瘤病例,结合病例翻阅文献。结果本例患者女,年龄为34岁,入院时肿块范围约为10 cm×15 cm×15 cm,完善术前检查后,常规使用扩大切除术,以保证阴性切缘,术后三个月复查乳腺彩超,未见明显异常。结论乳腺叶状肿瘤是乳房疾病中较罕见的病变,结合本病例从乳腺叶状肿瘤的发病机理、鉴别诊断及治疗并对文献进行复习,使以后的诊断治疗更加规范完整。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, diagnosis and treatment of a case of borderline phyllodes tumor of breast in our hospital. Methods a case of borderline phyllodes tumor of breast admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in August 2020 was selected. Results The age of the patient was 34 years old, and the range of the mass was about 10 cm × 15 cm × 15 cm. Extended resection was used routinely to ensure the negative margin. Three months after the operation, color Doppler ultrasound showed no obvious abnormality. Conclusion Phyllodes tumor of breast is a rare lesion in breast diseases. Combined with this case, the pathogenesis, differential diagnosis and treatment of phyllodes tumor of breast and literature review will make the diagnosis and treatment more standardized and complete。
