Abstract: ［Abstract］ Cardiac transplantation is the best treatment for end?stage heart failure. However , heart transplant surgery is still developing slowly, and one of the major causes of complications is postoperative complications. Therefore, timely intervention of complications is the key to improve the effect of transplantation. By referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, the article reviewed the possible complications and treatment after heart transplantation.
