Abstract: Isolated Locoregional Breast Cancer Recurrences is subject to various risk factors. While it indicates the potential of distant metastasis, favorable local control rate and long-term survival rate could be expected with standard diagnosis and treatment. Given the high clinical heterogeneity of such recurrence, local and systemic therapies should be selected as appropriate for the patient’s specific condition, in an effort to improve patient’s quality of life and long?term survival.
