Abstract: 【Abstract】〓Objective〓To investigate the effect of lauromacrogol for oral and maxillofacial hemangioma. Methods〓Ninety patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma were assigned to four groups including sodium morrhuate,bleomycin,lauromacrogol group. The clinical effects and adverse reactions were observed in three groups. Results〓In sodium morrhuate group, 10 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective, 3 case effective, 2 cases lost. In bleomycin group, 11 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 3 cases lost. In lauromacrogol group 18 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases effective, 2 cases lost. There were statistical differences between effective treatment and adverse reactions such as abdominal discomfort and low fever. Conclusion〓In the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma, lauromacrogol is characterized by explicit therapeutic effects, few side effects and less adverse reactions, so it deserves to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
