Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective〓To investigate the clinical application of methylene blue staining with different volume in the sentinel lymph node biopsy of one-stage breast cancer. Methods〓From January 2010 to June 2015, 76 patients with one-stage breast cancer were divided into low dose group (0.2 ml), medium dose group (2 ml) and high dose group (4 ml). 1% methylene blue was injected as tracer, and sentinel lymph node biopsy was done. Results〓Among 76 cases, 75 cases were detected sentinel lymph node biopsy. The detection rate was 98.7%, the accuracy rate was 100% and false negative rate was 0. There were significant differences in the incidence of complications in the low dose group and the other two groups. Conclusion〓As a tracer, low dose of 1% methyleneblu showed higher accuracy and less complications in detecting sentinel lymph nodes in one-stage breast cancer patients.
