负压引流技术在跟骨骨折手术治疗中应用的探讨

摘要: 【摘要】〓目的〓分析负压封闭引流技术与胶片引流在跟骨骨折手术治疗中的作用,提供预防跟骨骨折术后切口并发症的经验。方法〓回顾性分析2009年5月至2015年6月本院收治的62例(62足)跟骨骨折手术治疗患者的临床及随访资料,选择负压封闭引流32例(32足)(VSD组)和常规胶片引流30例(30足)(胶片组),总结两组患者术后皮肤坏死、伤口感染、术后肿胀程度、术后疼痛等情况,进行比较分析。结果〓负压引流组有2例发生切口边缘皮肤坏死,胶片引流组有9例发生切口边缘皮肤坏死。负压引流组有1例发生伤口感染,胶片引流组有7例发生伤口感染。术后第1、2、3天胶片引流组患足的肿胀程度较负压引流组严重。术后第1、2天,胶片引流组患足的疼痛程度较负压引流组明显。结论〓负压引流技术在预防跟骨骨折术后并发症方面有明显优势,可减少术后皮肤坏死、伤口感染的发生率,减轻术后肿胀程度及患者的疼痛程度。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the curative effect on using the closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of calcaneal fractures and summarize up the experience. Methods〓The clinical and follow-up data of 62 patients (62 feet) with calcaneal fracture from May 2009 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Of 62 cases, 32 cases (32 feet) were received closed negative pressure drainage (VSD group) and another 30 cases (30 feet) were treated with the film drainage (film drainage group). The clinical outcome and postoperative skin necrosis, wound infection, postoperative swelling degree, postoperative pain were compared between two groups. Results Two patients of VSD group had skin necrosis on Incision edge, and 9 cases in film drainage group (P<0.05). Wound surface infection occurred in one patient in VSD group and 7 cases in film drainage group(P<0.05). The foot swelling degree of film drainage group was more serious than that of VSD group in the first three days after surgery. The postoperative pain degree of VSD group was significantly alleviative than of film drainage group (P<0.05). Conclusion〓The negative pressure drainage technology has obvious advantages of reducing postoperative complications of the calcaneal fractures,decreasing the postoperative skin swelling and relieving the postoperative pain.
