超声光散射成像技术在乳腺病灶诊断中的价值

摘要: 【摘要】 目的 探讨超声光散射成像技术在乳腺病灶诊断中的临床应用价值。方法〓分析我院乳腺科行手术治疗的女性患者263例,共408个乳腺病灶,所有患者术前均进行超声光散射成像检查及彩色多普勒超声检查,并与术后病理结果对照,对比分析这两种检查方法在乳腺癌诊断中的敏感性、特异性、漏诊率、误诊率及准确率。结果〓超声光散射成像诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性、漏诊率、误诊率及准确率分别为97.4%、82.4%、2.6%、17.6%、83.8%。彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性、漏诊率、误诊率及准确率分别为94.7%、62.7%、5.3%、37.3%、65.7%。超声光散射成像与彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的特异性、误诊率和准确率差异具有统计学意义。结论〓超声光散射成像可提高乳腺癌诊断的特异性和准确率,降低误诊率,在鉴别乳腺病灶良恶性方面具有重要的临床价值。

Abstract: 【Abstract】〓Objective〓To investigate the value of diffused optical tomography with ultrasound localization in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods〓Diffused optical tomography with ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound were used to test 408 lesions in the 263 patients with breast diseases. The diagnosis of breast cancer from diffused optical tomography with ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound were compared with that from postoperative pathological findings. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were analyzed. Results〓The sensitivity, specificity, false negative rate, misdiagnose rate and accuracy in diagnosing breast cancer using diffuse optical tomography with ultrasound were 97.4%, 82.4%, 2.6%, 17.6%, 83.8%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, false negative rate, misdiagnose rate and accuracy in diagnosing breast cancer using color Doppler ultrasound were 94.7%, 62.7%, 5.3%, 37.3%, 65.7%, respectively. There were significant differences in specificity, misdiagnose rate and accuracy between the both. Conclusion〓Diffuse optical tomography with ultrasound, as an assistant diagnostic tool for breast diseases, improves the specificity and accuracy of diagnosing, and reduces misdiagnosis.
