摘要: 【摘要】 目的 探讨人工关节置换术后病人满意度调查现状及进展。方法 查阅近年人工关节置换术后病人满意度调查的最新文献,对于人工关节置换术后病人满意度调查的方法的有效性、可靠性、响应性方面的最新研究进展进行综合分析。结果 目前对于关节置换术后病人满意度评价方法仍然没有广泛接受的金标准,但多数研究结果倾向于将特定调查问卷和通用调查问卷结合使用。结论 近年来人工关节置换术患者满意度评估受到越来越多骨科医生的重视,采用把特定调查问卷和通用调查问卷结合使用或许能够获得一个更全面的关节置换术患者术后满意度评价结果。
